Challenging Girls to Think Differently

Founders4Schools in partnership with RBS, as part of National Careers Week, to give female 16-18 year old students the opportunity to build their confidence and develop an awareness of potential future career pathways, including entrepreneurship

Date: March 5th, 2020 

Location: RBS, Gogarburn, Edinburgh 

Students: Female students aged 16-18  

Royal Bank of Scotland Dream Bigger is a programme aimed at creating a generation of strong, empowered women of the future by inspiring girls to understand their potential and to strive to achieve in their chosen area of interest. 

Aims of the Programme: 

✓ Developing future skills and capability in young students, leading to increased confidence and resilience  

✓ To develop awareness, understanding and self-reflection of themselves and others  

✓ To broaden career horizons and develop awareness of entrepreneurship as a possible future career  

✓ Bridge the gap between education and the workplace, preparing young students for the future world of work  

✓ Support educators to deliver and evidence the Career Education Standard
