National Museums of Scotland Careers Hive Open Day

Join Edinburgh Science Learning for a range of drop-in activities highlighting exciting careers and opportunities in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) industries. This unique, interactive event is for young people aged 11+.

Careers Hive is an immersive careers education event designed to give s1 – s3 students a new way to think about their futures. It highlights the opportunities available to those who study STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and maths), as well as the cross-disciplinary skills and subjects that can support and enhance STEM careers.

The Open Day will run 10am to 4pm at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh. Booking isn’t required, you can just drop in, and is free.

National Museum of Scotland also offer a wide range of free CPD sessions for teachers, including a Careers Hive Teachers afternoon which is part of the secondary students careers event Careers Hive. You can find more details for this event and much more here.
