We're all finding new ways to work in a way that ensures our practitioners and young people can still access enterprising resources; from collaborating with our Partners to create a series of popular online Enterprise Challenges, updating our website and resources, and now focusing on providing informative and inspiring online sessions to support practitioners to embed enterprise education.
In an attempt to help make up for the lost opportunity of our drop-in marketplace in Inverness, we want to invite you to join in on our "Entercasts".
"What's an Entercast?" I hear you cry! It's an inspiring live webcast, open to all with an interest in enterprise education, designed to share examples of creative enterprise in education and enable attendees to ask questions and share ideas.
In short, Entercast stands for Enterprise] + case] +study].
First, on 8th September we have Steven Galloni from SKapade Studios along to share what enterprise means to him, he'll be sharing his experiences of working with young people and bringing his signature banter with him.
Book your spot here.
Next we have Billy, founder of Viarama chatting all things Virtual Reality on the 10th September. We'll ask how Viarama are adjusting to a post-pandemic reality and raise the question of how VR can facilitate Work Experience for young people - it sounds super interesting!
You can book your free space here.
Entercasts will take place in early September and will roughly follow the same format:
Our Entercasts are a precursor to the Creative Bravery Festival, which we are running as 'campfires'. We think they are the perfect opportunity to connect with brave and creative educators from around the world. It is our goal to share the interesting practice that we see happening here to inspire practitioners from Scotland and beyond to enable all young people to reach their full potential in learning, life and work.
We hope to see you there!
