Young Enterprise Scotland's new and improved classroom resource for recognising and helping to develop Young People's Enterprise Skills
Our partners at Young Enterprise Scotland (YES) have relaunched their 'Your Enterprise Journey' tool – a great classroom resource to help young people identify and further develop their enterprise skills.
By using 'Your Enterprise Journey' as a starting point, young people can develop and understand their strengths, a crucial foundation for being able to use these skills to succeed in learning, life and work.
Hundreds of young people have already benefited from this resource across schools, colleges and universities in Scotland.
The assessment tool takes around 15 minutes to complete, after which you'll be emailed a detailed report that outlines six different areas of enterprise and exactly which of these areas you personally excel in.
These key areas are: Making your customer's experience positive, connecting with the market, finding new ideas and concepts, growing your business, maintaining commitment and focus, and being prepared and ready for business.
This resource also aligns with learner profiling from My World of Work, Developing the Young Workforce (DYW)) and the Career Management Skills (CMS) framework.
Your young people could be future successful entrepreneurs, they might just not know it yet.
Click here to take the test now and help them identify the best learner pathway for their future.
